Hike around Seealpsee

One of the few hikes Zoë has actually done. It is one of the more well known destinations, but for a good reason. The nature is stunning, the trails are nice and mostly not too difficult. This is a good option if you want a relatively easy and quick hike that still shows off the stunning nature Switzerland has to offer (I even did one of the trails in sneakers, although hiking boots are definitely more recommended). You have a few options for how to do it: you can hike up and down, take the cable car for one way, or even take it for both ways and just hike around the lake. Pro tip: Make sure to at least walk by the Berggasthaus Äscher. It’s a super cute, very traditional restaurant and guesthouse built into the side of a cliff and just absolutely iconic.
