Very traditional restaurant only 20 minutes outside of Bari. An experience which would give you an authentic taste of how meat is eaten in Puglia. As you enter you’ll find the meat selection and the grill masters will ask you what you want to select and eat. You can ask them for suggestions on portions and cuts, but generally I always recommend being inspired by what you see!
